King Charles III Coronation Celebration

What a wonderful day, celebrating the Coronation of King Charles III this weekend. The children looked fabulous, and the classrooms were decorated to such a high standard. Children had tea parties in their classrooms, made decorations and found out about the Coronation service. In assembly, this morning, they sang the National Anthem and Land of Hope and Glory, waving their flags, in a sea of red, white and blue!

Prizes were given out to the best decorated classes, and to the runners up. A particular mention must go to the Foundation Stage staff and pupils. They had a photobooth, soldiers on guard and delicious party food, made by the children this morning!
