F1 Planting and Growing

This term in F1, we have been learning all about our environment and how we can take care of it. Our journey began with exploring how to plant seeds. Inspired by the story Jasper’s Beanstalk, we learned new vocabulary, planted our own cress, and discussed what seeds need to grow.

The children especially enjoyed engaging in role play in our flower shop, painting and drawing flowers, writing their names on plant pots, and matching beans to the correct numerals. These hands-on activities, both indoors and outdoors, have sparked curiosity and joy in learning.
