Nursery - The Gingerbread Man

This week in F1, we have been reading the story 'The Gingerbread Man'. The children have really loved saying the repeated refrains in the book and have engaged in all the fun activities in the classroom. Outdoors the children have loved running really fast like the Gingerbread Man wearing masks and singing "Run, run as fast as you can, you can't catch me I'm the Gingerbread Man". 

We ended the week making some Gingerbreads. The children helped to add the ingredients in and stir and then decorated their own Gingerbreads, where they put three buttons, two eyes and a mouth.
